Ladder, rope and rock climbing are tough, full body workouts. Multi-position hand grips and pedals that move in tandem allow the Stepper Climber to simulate these types of workouts. The dual neoprene covered handlebars allow you the option to use the machine as a stepper only. Your workout is monitored by a battery powered multi-function fitness computer.
